I know... I do so many things...

168 hours that I need to fit everything into... actually, not everything... just what is a priority for me. What is important to me. And what is important to me is reflected in my value system.

This is the basic premise of time management. From here, I started the workshop I held on Tuesday at an international company in Brussels.

Time management is self-management and stress management.

We discussed various topics on time management, stress, procrastination, and motivation.

During the workshop, I presented practical tools that help manage time effectively and reduce stress at work and in personal life.

If you're struggling with time management, always showing up at the last minute and postponing so many things, this workshop is for you!

No matter what field you work in, you’ll learn how to integrate these tools into your daily life and turn every task into something important and focused.

If you feel like time is slipping through your fingers and you’re looking for practical solutions, don’t hesitate to contact me privately, and I’ll get back to you with all the information.

This is your chance to learn how to take control of your time and turn it into a tool that works for you. Don’t wait until the last minute — start next week in a more focused and effective way!

The workshop is also suitable for teenagers and students.
